From 1 January 2024, a new manner of taking an examination for obtaining a certificate for a public procurement officer has been introduced. In addition to the written part of the examination, a practical part of the examination has been intruduced, which is passed by testing the work on the Public Procurement Portal.
In this regard, the Public Procurement Office, as part of the project “Public Procurements and Good Management for a Better Competitiveness”, organised by the National Alliance for Local Economic Development and with the support of the Swedish Agency for International Cooperation, is organising training for the preparation of the exam taking for obtaining a certificate for a public procurement officer in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Public Procurement (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, Nos. 91/19 and 92/23) and the Rules of Procedure and conditions for obtaining a certificate for a public procurement officer and maintaining the Register of Public Procurement Officers (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, Nos. 93/20, 21/21, 115/23 and 6/24).
The course takers will be presented with the following:
- legal solutions and by-law solutions in the field of public procurement, and
- work on the Public Procurement Portal.
