The action plan for the implementation of the Public Procurement Development Programme (2019-2023), as part of the “Strengthening the Institutional Framework” measure, foresees the activity of organising workshops with the aim of harmonising the positions of the Public Procurement Office, the National Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures and the Ministry of Finance and State Audit Institution.
In this regard, during October and December 2023, with the support of the USAID Project for the Improvement of Public Procurement, two workshops were held where experiences were exchanged regarding issues that are important for the proper application of regulations in the field of public procurement. Representatives of the Commission for the Protection of Competition attended the workshop for the first time.
