In accordance with the provisions of the Law amending the Public Procurement Law (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia,” No. 92/23, hereinafter referred to as: the Law), which enters into force on 4 November 2023, a new registration process for economic entities on the Public Procurement Portal has been prescribed.
In line with legal provisions, the Public Procurement Office will pass a by-law on the use of the Public Procurement Portal, which also enters into force on 4 November 2023.
In this regard, we would like to inform you that all economic entities registering on the Public Procurement Portal for the first time will be obliged to comply with the registration procedure prescribed by the Law and the by-law, starting from 4 November 2023.
Economic entities already registered on the Portal will be required to renew their registrations by entering data and uploading the evidence as stipulated by the Law and the sub-law act, no later than 30 days from the date of the Law’s application, or no later than 31 January 2024.
