The working group for the preparation of the Draft Law amending the Law on Public Procurement, formed by the Ministry of Finance, prepared the text of the Draft Law.
A consultative process has been started on the eConsultations portal, during which consultations will be organised, to be followed by a public discussion.
Representatives of authorities and organisations, judicial authorities, international organisations, citizens’ associations and other representatives of civil society, the professional public, as well as professors, academics, scientists and other interested persons are invited to during the duration of the consultation via the eConsultations portal or by e-mail at office@ujn.gov.rs, give their proposals, comments, suggestions and objections to the text of the Draft Law.
