Pursuant to Article 41 of the Based on Article 41 of the Rules of Procedure of the Government (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, Nos. 61/06 – consolidated text, 69/08, 88/09, 33/10, 69/10, 20/11, 37/11, 30/13, 76/14 and 8/19 – as amended), the Public Procurement Office publishes the Report on the conducted public discussion on the Proposal for an Action Plan for the year 2023 for the implementation of the Public Procurement Development Program in the Republic of Serbia for the period 2019-2023.
