The Action Plan for Implementation of the Public Procurement Development Plan (2019-2013) of the Public Procurement Office defines a specific goal of promoting and encouraging the environmental aspect of public procurement.
In this respect, with the support of the National Alliance for Local Economic Development, the models of tendering documents for green public procurement have been drafted.
The prepared tendering documents include the examples of environmental aspects applied to technical specifications and/or criteria for quality selection of an economic operator and/or contract award criteria and/or special requirements for contract execution.
