The Action Plan for Implementation of the Public Procurement Programme (2019-2013), within the measure of “Strengthening the Institutional Framework”, envisages the activity of organizing workshops in order to harmonize the positions of the Public Procurement Office, the Review Body, the Ministry of Finance and the State Audit Institution.
Regarding this, during November and December 2022, with the support of the USAID Project for Improvement of Public Procurement, two workshops were held to exchange the experience concerning the issues of importance for the correct implementation of public procurement regulations.
The delivered workshops have contributed to better cooperation and coordination amongst the authorities responsible for public procurement regulating and monitoring, supported the exchange of knowledge and experience and enabled uniform interpretation of and approach to the implementation of the Public Procurement Law provisions.
