The participants in public procurement procedures and other interested parties are kindly informed that the Public Procurement Office has published the Guide through Monitoring the Implementation of the Public Procurement Legislation, developed within the Project “Accountable Public Finance Management Platform”, funded by the Swedish Agency for International Development (SIDA) and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
The said document, besides the description of general characteristics of monitoring and clarification of legislative provisions, includes an overview of most frequent irregularities identified during public procurement monitoring.
