We hereby inform all participants in public procurement procedures that the Public Procurement Office has published the Innovation Partnership document, developed within the Project “Accountable Public Finance Management Platform” funded by the Swedish international Development Agency (SIDA) and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme.
Besides the clarifications of the legal arrangements for this type of procedure, the document includes an overview of the reasons for procurement of innovative solutions, with examples of successfully conducted innovation partnership procedures, as well as the manner of conducting this type of public procurement procedure.
