Within the framework of measure “Strengthening the Regulatory and Institutional Framework with Regard to Green Procurements”, measure “Encouraging the Application of the Social Concept in Public Procurements” and measure “Encouraging the Application of Techniques and Instruments in Public Procurements”, the 2024 action plan for the implementation of the Public Procurement Development Programme in the Republic of Serbia for the period from 2024 to 2028 stipulates the activities of the organisation of training on green procurements, social procurements and promotion of techniques and instruments in public procurement procedures.
The Public Procurement Office, with the support of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, held a seminar for contracting authorities and bidders on the aforementioned topics on 22 October 2024.
The first part of the seminar was dedicated to green public procurements and the promotion of models tender documents with examples of application of ecological aspects. In the second part, the participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with social procurements, then with models of tender documents with examples of the application of social aspects, but also with the similarities and differences between the framework agreement and the system of dynamic procurement.
More than 70 representatives of the contracting authorities and bidders were present at the seminar.
