Starting from 1 January 2024, the Rulebook on the method of publishing and the type of data on contracts and contract amendments published by contracting authorities on the Public Procurement Portal (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 115/23) is in force.
In order to clarify the way of publishing data on contracts in accordance with new solutions from laws and by-laws, the Public Procurement Office, as part of the project “Public Procurement and Good Management for Greater Competitiveness” organised by the National Alliance for Local Economic Development and with the support of the Swedish Agency for International Development and Cooperation, held a webinar on 9 April 2024where participants were explained how to publish contract data on the Public Procurement Portal when the “smart party” option is used to conclude a framework agreement.
