In the process of preparing the Proposal for the Development Programme of Public Procurement in the Republic of Serbia for the period 2024-2028 (hereinafter referred to as: Programme Proposal), the Public Procurement Office informs the public that in the period from 25 January to 15 February 2024, it conducted a public hearing on the Programme Proposal.
During the public debate on the Programme Proposal, all interested parties were able to submit objections, proposals, suggestions and comments both electronically and by mail. On this occasion, in cooperation with NALED, a round table was organised in Belgrade, on 31 January 2024, from 12 noon to 2 p.m., in the premises of NALED LAB, at Makedonska 30, where the text of the Programme Proposal was presented.
In this regard, and based on Article 41 of the Rules of Procedure of the Government (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, Nos. 61/06 – consolidated text, 69/08, 88/09, 33/10, 69/10, 20/11, 37 /11, 30/13, 76/14 and 8/19 – amending regulations), the Public Procurement Office publishes the Report on the Public Debate on the Programme Proposal and the Table with Remarks and Comments.
