The Action Plan for the implementation of the Public Procurement Development Programme (2019-2023), as part of the “Strengthening the Institutional Framework” measure, foresees the activity of organising training for representatives of the police and prosecutor’s offices.
In this regard, in September 2023, a Workshop on Challenges in Detection and Prosecution of Criminal Offences Related to Public Procurement was held as part of the US Agency for International Development’s Public Procurement Improvement Project. Representatives of the Public Procurement Office held trainings and exchanged experiences with public prosecutors and police officers within the framework of this workshop.
During October and November 2023, within the same project, two trainings were held for representatives of the police and prosecutor’s office on “Advanced use of the Public Procurement Portal for the police and prosecutor’s office”. Representatives of the Public Procurement Office presented the basic and advanced functionalities of the Public Procurement Portal to the participants.
