We inform you that due to the operational challenges of the Public Procurement Portal, all bid openings scheduled for 31 May 2023 until 10:00 a.m. are blocked.
In this regard, contracting authorities are obliged to act in these public procurement procedures in accordance with the provisions of Article 87 of the Law on Public Procurement (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 91/19).
